01 — Design

Concept & Spatial Planning

Before anything is drawn to scale, we spend time understanding the site, the light, and how you actually intend to live in the house. Design at Pantheon means concept sketches and massing studies that get tested against the land — not a template dropped onto a lot.

  • Site analysis, solar orientation & view studies
  • Program development & space planning
  • Concept sketches & 3D massing studies
  • Material, finish & palette selection

02 — Architectural

Drawings, Engineering & Permitting

Full architectural documentation, coordinated in-house with structural and MEP engineering — because a design that hasn't been engineered for its steel from day one tends to get value-engineered into something else by the time it's built.

  • Construction drawing sets
  • Structural engineering & steel coordination
  • MEP coordination
  • Permitting, code review & jurisdictional approvals
03 — Steel Fabrication

Our Own Shop, Our Own Welds

This is what sets Pantheon apart: an in-house fabrication shop that builds the structural steel, staircases, railings, and cladding our own architects spec. No third-party fabricator, no lost tolerances, no surprises at delivery.

  • Structural steel frames & exposed connections
  • Cantilevered stairs, floating treads & custom railings
  • Cor-Ten & blackened-steel cladding
  • Shop drawings, cutting, welding & field erection

How It Fits Together

From Sketch to Site, in Four Stages

01 / Discover

Site & Brief

We walk the site, understand how you live, and set the program.

02 / Design

Concept to Drawings

Massing and materials resolve into full architectural documentation.

03 / Fabricate

Shop & Site

Steel is cut, welded, and finished in-house, then delivered to site.

04 / Build

Erect & Finish

Our crews raise the frame and carry the project to final finishes.
